Equipped with the company's unique fully automatic ultrasonic cleaning line, it can efficiently clean products under 60 inches. This process can thoroughly remove surface particles and oil stains, ensuring that the cover plate reaches the clean standard of a dust-free room before bonding, eliminating air bubbles and dust spots, and is perfectly suitable for display areas.
Rigorous quality assurance
100% testing is carried out on a dust-free inspection bench equipped with sufficient light sources, a black background and an integrated FFU (Fan Filter Unit). This system can accurately identify any minor flaws, ensuring that every piece of product delivered to customers is flawless.
