As one of China's earliest manufacturers capable of producing large-format 3D automotive cover panels, the company has successfully delivered over 800,000 units for multiple vehicle programs.

Xuxinda (Huizhou) Technology Co., Ltd. specializes in manufacturing 3D curved cover glass for gaming consoles. Its production line for 43-inch 3D hot-bent glass is designed with a monthly capacity of 15,000 units—currently the largest in China. The company utilizes proprietary patented equipment and technologies and has been recognized as a High-tech Enterprise since 2013.

It is scheduled to obtain IATF 16949 certification in 2024. The facility is equipped with a fully automated ultrasonic cleaning system for 3D curved glass, capable of processing products up to 60 inches in size, with a capacity of 1,000 pieces per shift per day. Inspection stations are outfitted with ample lighting, dark backgrounds, and built-in FFU (Fan Filter Units) to ensure high-quality control standards.
