Xuxinda (Huizhou) Technology Co., Ltd. specializes in manufacturing 3D curved cover glass for gaming consoles. Its production line for 43-inch 3D hot-bent glass is designed with a monthly capacity of 15,000 units—currently the largest in China. The company utilizes proprietary patented equipment and technologies and has been recognized as a High-tech Enterprise since 2013. It is scheduled to obtain IATF 16949 certification in 2024. The facility is equipped with a fully automated ultrasonic cleaning system for 3D curved glass, capable of processing products up to 60 inches in size, with a capacity of 1,000 pieces per shift per day. Inspection stations are outfitted with ample lighting, dark backgrounds, and built-in FFU (Fan Filter Units) to ensure high-quality control standards.
